The GA-7VM is a microATX KX133 solution from Gigabyte based on VIA’s reference microATX KX133 design.
The board wasn’t as stable as the K7V-RM solution from ASUS, but it was still respectable and solid enough for most systems.
The board features some overclocked FSB settings (accessible through dip switches only), but unfortunately most settings weren’t functional as they were above 115MHz, which is currently unattainable on any Athlon platform.
While Gigabyte will be releasing a regular ATX version of the GA-7VM shortly, our sample didn’t arrive in time for the roundup, so we will have to await judgment on that board until we receive it.
