Still based on the AMD 750 chipset, the K7Pro is based on a four layer PCB motherboard design instead of the 6-layer Fester design, which helps to cut costs.
The K7Pro also offers overclocked FSB settings which its predecessor, the 6167, failed to offer. This board is the closest competitor to the K7M in the roundup, although it is a bit late to be chasing after an AMD 750 based motherboard.
